Shiuner Victoria is a Mexican professional hairstylist, colorist, and makeup artist, based in Montreal in 2004 . In 2002, Shiuner received an image design diploma as a hairdresser and colorist from the Institut l'Oréal of México. In 2013, he received a diploma as a professional makeup artist from the Collège LaSalle of Montréal.

In an effort to deepen her talent as a makeup artist, Shiuner honed her skills by participating in workshops with artists such as Gregory Artl, Gwen Stefani's Official Makeup Artist, Romero Jennings, MAC Cosmetics Artistic Director, and Terry Barber, Senior Makeup Artist for MAC Cosmetics. He also worked with "Brow Gal" Tonya Crooks, makeup artist for Britney Spears, Megan Fox and Hallie Berry. He also did the makeup for Andrea Meza now Miss Universe 2020, as well as a makeup coach for Miss Mexico from 2017 to 2019.

In 2009, Shiuner became an icon of the Montreal fashion industry and decided to found Shiuner & Co., a company based on a personalized concept of beauty and well-being for women and men, sharing his passion. and its experience always offering its quality services and meeting the needs required by customers.

Always inspired by the latest fashion trends, Shiuner & Co. has managed to create unique and avant-garde "looks" in the field of hairdressing and makeup, while adding its personal and creative touch.

Shiuner & Co. regularly participates in photo shoots, fashion shows, film sets, television shows, music videos, and many private events.
